At MograCircle, we take pride in creating high-quality digital learning experiences — including online courses, eBooks, and printable guides.
Because all our products are digital and instantly accessible after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once the content has been delivered.
Please read all course descriptions, inclusions, and FAQs carefully before completing your purchase.
The following products and services are non-refundable:
Online courses and workshops (including live or recorded sessions).
eBooks, PDFs, and downloadable guides.
Printables, templates, and trackers.
Gifted or discounted purchases.
Enrollment fees for online or offline events.
Once access has been granted or a file has been downloaded, refunds cannot be processed since digital products cannot be “returned.”
We understand that technical errors or duplicate transactions can happen. Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
Duplicate payment made for the same product.
Broken or inaccessible link to your purchased course or file.
Technical issue that prevents you from accessing the content, and our support team cannot resolve it within 48 hours.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
All purchases are linked to your registered email ID and are non-transferable.
You may not resell, share, or transfer access to any MograCircle product.

Payments made for pre-order courses or early-bird registrations are also non-refundable.
However, if the course is canceled by MograCircle, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your enrollment to another course of equal value.
